  • Evobac is a mix of powerful aerobic bacteria isolated from nature for rapid degradation of organic compounds. These bacteria are highly vigorous multipliers (have a very short doubling rate), are extremely tolerant to the fluctuations in their surroundings (heat, pH, toxicity, and high TDS tolerant) and have a wide range of degradation profile (due to a broad enzyme profile). In simple words, these bacteria can handle the fluctuations in a wastewater treatment plant and can continue to grow vigorously and reduce the COD and BOD significantly.

  • Evobac has been designed specifically to deal with tough challenges in effluent treatment. It is in fact meant to be used in situations where generic bacteria do not perform. Evobac is effective in treating effluents with high COD, high TDS, High COD to BOD ratio, xenobiotic compounds, recalcitrant, oil and grease, high nitrogen, and much more. It works in effluents with bactericidal/bacteriostatic compounds, aromatic compounds, detergents, antibiotics etc. It is effective in high concentration of benzene, phenol, toluene, xylene compounds.

  • Evobac has a multiple bacterium (different genus, not just species) isolated from nature. They are all approved GRAS status organisms. These are not genetically modified organisms and they are selectively chosen for their hardy nature. They do not lose efficacy in just a few months. If you maintain your plant well, bacteria in Evobac will continue to work efficiently for several years without any additional dosage. Some of them are spore formers, while some are not. Together they release a wide range of enzymes in your effluent treatment plant.

    And apart from bacteria, Evobac also has pre-biotics and metabolic precursors that speed-up the degradation process. With Evobac, you do not have to add any additional micro-nutrients and enzymes to the effluent.

  • Evobac has both Aerobic and Facultative bacteria. Which means that Evobac can work very well in aerobic as well as in anoxic (very low oxygen) environments.

    For completly (strictly) Anaerobic wastewater treatment, we offer Evobac ANB. It is a bioculture mix of anaerobic bacteria. And for Anerobic methane gas production, we offer Evobac Methanogens. It has anaerobic methanogens that are strictly anaerobic bacteria.

  • The product application process is pretty straight forward. It does not require any special equipment or skill. The product is completly water soluble.

    One can mix the bacterial powder first with neutralized wastewater in a plastic bucket or a drum. And then add the well-mixed slurry to the aeration tank. The slurry can be prepared in buckets, plastic drums or a mixing tank as per avilability. Wherever possible, you can add the required amount of bacteria powder directly to the equalization tank. Only ensure that the pH of wastewater is set to operational level befoe addition of bacteria to the effluent.
